{"id":289,"date":"2014-08-15T14:06:42","date_gmt":"2014-08-15T20:06:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yogapantsdiary.com\/?p=289"},"modified":"2015-03-29T17:32:51","modified_gmt":"2015-03-29T23:32:51","slug":"changes-are-coming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yogapantsdiary.com\/?p=289","title":{"rendered":"Changes Are Coming"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hey guys, today will be my last DAILY post for a while.\u00a0 I&#8217;m hoping to keep posting twice a week but I will be going back to teaching full time starting Monday.\u00a0 With it brings a lot of anxiety for me.\u00a0 I, of course, am very anxious to meet the kids and am unsure how the year will go.\u00a0 I&#8217;m also anxious about getting back into a routine for eating.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/yogapantsdiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/back-to-school-quotes-for-teachers-5.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-290\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/yogapantsdiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/back-to-school-quotes-for-teachers-5.jpg?resize=525%2C542\" alt=\"back-to-school-quotes-for-teachers-5\" width=\"525\" height=\"542\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/yogapantsdiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/back-to-school-quotes-for-teachers-5.jpg?w=536&amp;ssl=1 536w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/yogapantsdiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/back-to-school-quotes-for-teachers-5.jpg?resize=290%2C300&amp;ssl=1 290w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I have to say, I thought I would do much worse over the summer. I&#8217;ve lost 12 pounds over the summer but my real goal was to hopefully not gain!\u00a0 At the start of summer I was really nervous about not having an eating schedule and being stuck in the house.\u00a0 Of course my eating schedule varied from day to day but I made sure to stay active throughout the summer.\u00a0 With so many birthday parties, cook outs and events, it was often hard to stay true.\u00a0 BUT I proved to myself that I could do it.\u00a0 While I was hoping to be at my optimal goal weight by the start of school, I don&#8217;t think that was ever realistic.\u00a0 My weight loss has slowed A LOT since the beginning and it&#8217;s true that the last pounds are the hardest by far.<\/p>\n<p>I am excited to get back into an eating schedule.\u00a0 I&#8217;m a very orderly person and like having a schedule.\u00a0 It&#8217;s hard for me in the summer to be motivated to do my regular &#8216;stuff&#8217; when I have all the time in the world to get it done.\u00a0 School provides an easy eating schedule as I can only eat at my designated times.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve already scheduled out when my snacks and meals will be in my day. Even though I&#8217;m sad that summer has come to an end, I&#8217;m happy to have the stability of school back. Have you set an eating schedule for yourself? Do you work in both snacks and meals during the day?
