{"id":472,"date":"2014-11-25T10:56:59","date_gmt":"2014-11-25T17:56:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yogapantsdiary.com\/?p=472"},"modified":"2014-11-25T11:00:14","modified_gmt":"2014-11-25T18:00:14","slug":"thinner-thanksgiving-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yogapantsdiary.com\/?p=472","title":{"rendered":"Thinner Thanksgiving #3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thinner Thanksgiving Tip #3: Laugh&#8230;A LOT!!!!<\/p>\n<p>Today we are on the less seriously side of Thanksgiving.\u00a0 While I do think it&#8217;s important to keep calories, activity and portions in check on Thanksgiving, it&#8217;s also&#8230;..THANKSGIVING!\u00a0 It&#8217;s a holiday meant to be spent with family, friends and loved ones.\u00a0 Today is a great day to kind of forget about your serious dieting and see how you&#8217;re naturally eating.\u00a0 Just keep it in check.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/yogapantsdiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/cbrown_thanksgiving_big2.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-497\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/yogapantsdiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/cbrown_thanksgiving_big2-300x199.jpg?resize=300%2C199\" alt=\"cbrown_thanksgiving_big2\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/yogapantsdiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/cbrown_thanksgiving_big2.jpg?resize=300%2C199&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/yogapantsdiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/cbrown_thanksgiving_big2.jpg?w=640&amp;ssl=1 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Time spent with loved ones can be just as rejuvenating and good for your health as a quick stop at the gym.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a holiday, give yourself some wiggle room and just enjoy the day.\u00a0 I am concerned about my ability to let it go and focus on the fun of the holiday.\u00a0 This isn&#8217;t my first thanksgiving in my new lifestyle, but I&#8217;m still worried that I won&#8217;t be able to let the food aspect go.\u00a0 I&#8217;m going to try my hardest!<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s definitely something to be said about your mindset on Thanksgiving.\u00a0 I have to say, I&#8217;m nervous.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve been super careful in all the days leading up to Thanksgiving just to give myself some wiggle room.\u00a0 Have you ever heard that statistic that &#8220;People gain between 5 and 10 pounds over the Thanksgiving holiday?&#8221;\u00a0 I&#8217;ve hear it all the time but I was curious whether that&#8217;s actually true.\u00a0 First, what time frame are we talking about?
